1. 2 Passport Size Photographs of size not more than 100 KB each in JPG/JPEG/ PNG file formats (one without your signatures & another with your signatures across the photograph leaving out your face without any kind of signature impression)

2. Date of Birth Proof (any of the following to verify that age does not exceed 25 years as on date of submission of Participation Form)
       AADHAR Card/ Voter ID Card/ Passport/ Driving License/ Muncipal Authority Birth Certificate/ Matriculation Certificate or Marksheet by recognised Board

3. Permanent Address Proof (any of the following to verify address at which Certificate, Trophies, Surprise Gifts will be sent by Indian Postal Services)
       AADHAR Card/ Voter ID Card/ Passport/ Driving License/ Latest Electricity bill or Landline telephone bill or Water bill or Gas connection bill in your parent's name/ Account holder's page of Bank or Post Office Passbook

4. Video & JPG/ JPEG/ PDF Files of Talents/ Crafts to be showcased, of sizes as detailed in "Participate & Win Prizes" page of the website.

5. Participants will have to share link of video/ file of their Google Drive folder with viewing rights ('anyone with the link')
